Set within a quiet Kuching suburb, this upcoming project is designed to strike a balance between privacy, flexibility and preserving that familiar sense of community well-being.

Inspired by a commonly-found flora, Ixora Coccinea – which “flower” is actually a cluster of many individual flowers stemming out from a single point – this project has similar characteristics.

Each unit will face an individual direction, enhancing the feeling of privacy and increasing cross-ventilation; at the same time, all units share a centralised social and interaction space to promote outdoor activities and a sense of neighbourliness. Inside, each unit will be designed for flexibility and personalisation to facilitate spacious, quality living.
