Instarmac is back with yet another year of impressive growth at the SHEDA Property Expo 2016 which was held throughout the weekend aimed at new, experienced and potential house buyers and investors at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) hosted by the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA).

This roadshow provides a great platform for various developers to promote and showcase their projects and products and the general public to convene and know more about the current property market.

So this year we had the chance to showcase our upcoming project called CUBE 2 which is inspired by Ixora Coccinea that consists of 117 contemporary condominium units, designed to strike the balance between privacy, flexibility and preserving that familiar sense of community wellbeing. Each unit has its own individual direction at the same time also share a centralised social and interaction space to promote outdoor activities and a sense of neighbourliness.
